PLAYER CONDUCT & PUNCTUALITY
The "15-Minute Rule": If a team is not in the lobby 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they forfeit Game 1. After 10 more minutes, they forfeit Game 2. After 5 more minutes, they forfeit Game 3. This totals to a 30 Minute Timer before a Series forfeit. Note: The forfeit timer does not start when the code is sent. It starts when the match is scheduled. Trash Talk: Encouraged for hype, but Zero Tolerance for slurs, threats, or "doxxing." This is a "Premiere" league—act like a pro.

STREAMING MATCHES
All matches should be streamed by at least 1 person on your team who is playing on PC. The match should be streamed on one of the following platforms: Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, or Kick. The only time you do not have to have a player streaming is if there is a caster for your match. Your VOD should remain available in case it is needed as evidence for issues that occur. All audio should be heard in the VOD. For example, you should be able to hear your team's comms as well as game audio. We are a league that tracks stats in order to recognize players at the end of every event. Due to this, every match is required to have someone in Codcaster. Your subs/esubs are more than welcome to do this; we just need screenshots of every scoreboard. If you don't have someone, a staff member will be appointed to you but will not be responsible for the VOD, so you will still need to stream the match.
ROSTER & ELIGIBILITY
Roster Size: 4 Starting Players, up to 2 Substitutes and 1 ESub. The ESub is permanent once added so please choose wisely. Roster Lock: Rosters are locked Monday-Saturday. Sunday is the only day you can freely make changes to your rosters. Roster Changes: Roster changes must be made no later than 24 hours before your scheduled match. If your subs/esubs can’t make the match, the other team has the right to get the FF win for the series, at their discretion. Emergency Subs: If a player disconnects, the team has 5 minutes to let said player reconnect or bring in a registered sub or they forfeit the map.
WHAT WE DON'T TOLERATE
Shooting Bodys, Didding, Trash Talking In Discord Or In-GameBeing Toxic CheatingTeams who does these actions will be discharge or will be counted as FF depending on the agreement of the CUL leaders decision.Teams that get caught for cheating will be discharged/Removed Depending on the agreement of the CUL Leaders from the league and can not return to the league,Teams that get discharged will be replaced with a RESERVE team that willtake their place and compete Here At The CUL We DO NOT Allow Bribes From Other Teams, This Shows A Sign Of Disrespect And Here In The CUL We Are All About Respect.. Just Focus On Your Team And Only Your Team And Everyone Will Be Fine.

Leave The Match: Once a GA break is spotted, leave the match immediately. FAILURE TO LEAVE WILL RESULT IN NO RULINGS BEING MADE
Contact an Admin: Contact an admin with proof of claims and current map count in the series
Admin Ruling: Admin will review the clip. All Admin decisions are final. Futher
DISCONNECTS
First Disconnect: If a player disconnects during a map, the team with the disconnected player must immediately leave the match. The score at the exact time of the disconnect will be recorded. The map will then be resumed from the recorded score (as closely as possible). If the match is played through despite the disconnect, the result of the completed map will stand. Second Disconnect: If a second disconnect occurs during the same map, the map must be played through to completion without a restart. It is up to the disconnected player to rejoin. Should there be any issues with rejoining, the player should get in contact with CUL Staff ASAP. Abuse of Rule: Any intentional disconnects or attempts to manipulate the score will result in disciplinary action, including possible map forfeiture, series forfeiture, or suspension.
